DAVE STONE :
Dave Stone is an Australian Singer, Songwriter, Guitarist and Blues & Roots artist having grown up on the Central Coast's MacMasters Beach.

Dave has gained a reputation for his energetic and heartfelt live performances, his bottle neck slide and guitar playing, his powerful vocals as well as his gifted songwriting.

For the last three years Dave Stone has held a Residency at The Cotton Club Shanghai, one of Shanghai’s most respected and established live Jazz/Blues venues.
He recently returned to Australia to commence work on his upcoming album and start performing again back home in Australia.

2013 saw Dave performing at the Japanese Blues Festival for the first time and more recently in March this year, touring Okinawa after being well received on Japanese radio in areas such as Okinawa, Nagoya and Aomori.

In 2005 he represented Australia at the Aichi World Expo in Japan and more recently at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai China where he held a residency at the Australian Pavilion with the pavilions own house band, “The Sandbar Band" alongside Lee Hardisty, Leon Tussie, Max Hay.
This band supported touring acts to the pavilion such as Jeff Lang, Dan Sultan Band, Mark Wilkinson, Hannah MacKlin, Darryl Beaton Band, George Washing Machine Trio, William Barton, Deep Blue Orchestra, Martinez Akustica, Stringman Sassy, Michelle Martinez and Fiddlers Feast.

His debut album “Money Breeds Flies” recorded in Sydney at the end of 2009 and released through Green Media in 2012 has been well received and several songs off the album such as Spirit Free, White Scorpion, Aussie Soldier and Little Devil have received airplay in Australia and Japan.

He has also performed several songs off the album live on the radio in Japan and China White Scorpion, Little Devil, On The Borderline and Simple Life.
