Hooper & O'Toole are a celtic duo based in Sydney. Playing red hot jigs and reels and singing all your favourite Irish songs by Christie Moore, Dubliners, Pogues, Flogging Molly, Saw doctors.

They will have you singing along..and up and dancing in no time!

Included are... Tell me Ma,Star of the County Down, Spancel Hill, Black Velvet Band, Dirty Old Town, 7 drunken nights, Green and red of mayo, I wish I was back home in Derry, Black is the colour, Fairytale in New York, Wild Rover...plus N17, Joyce Country Ceili band..plus a lot more. With over 6 hours of Irish songs in their repertoire...plus many great Irish tunes...

Butch Hooper - Guitar
Butch has been playing music since the late 70's with the Mucky Ducks in W.A. He has also played with the Full Circle Irish band in Canberra for many years, touring China in 2008. He has also played with kelly's Heroes for 6 years and now teamed up with Tony in H & O'T. With over 6 hours of irish songs in his repertoire...plus many Australian songs all sung without music or iPad. Butch is a dynamo on the Irish music scene today with his driving guitar and engaging personality. A true entertainer!

Tony O'Toole - Fiddle
Tony spent most of his young years learning to play fiddle in London, kentish town...a hotbed of Irish Music. Since moving to Australia, Tony has played with the Mothers of Intention Irish band, Wheelers and Dealers, Wheeze and Suck band, Kelly's Heroes...and now HO'T.
An exciting fiery fiddler, tony will get you up and dancing , playing trad tunes..jig, reels,slow airs. and the latest by Lunasa,Dervish etc

DUO, TRIO or QUARTET
HO' T can also play with a bodhran(irish drum) player, whistle players , harpists, accordion players if you require a larger band.

HO'T RESIDENCIES
HO'T are currently playing at KELLY'S ON KING, Newtown on sundays 4pm - 8pm. The FIDDLER every 3rd Saturdays from 8pm – 11pm and FOGHORN BREWHOUSE ERINA every 4th Saturday fro 8.30 – 11.30 pm.
We have played at PJ O'Briens, Sydney for 4 years, Dicey Rileys, Wollongong, Cock and Bull, Bondi, Tea gardens, Woolly bay Hotel, Bells, Cheers bar, Scruffy Murphys,Mean Fiddler, PJ Gallaghers.
