We are delighted to introduce you to ‘Mirrabooka’
Mirrabooka are a remarkable four-piece band of experienced seasoned musicians and songwriters who are absolute first-class performers. These talented musicians have been involved in the music industry collectively for many decades and have been involved with a number of albums, artists and popular bands over the past 25 years.
You’ll be captivated by the beautiful voices and harmonies, the rhythmic songs and melodies of their original songs, along with over 300 catchy covers in their repertoire, you’ll be captivated and will love listening, dancing to Mirrabooka.
Mirrabooka have been performing around the Central Coast at various venues and many festivals such as Whale Dreaming festivals and Five Lands Walk and are regulars at Brackets and Jam. They are a regular corporate band playing at functions such as Channel 7 Christmas parties, Lend Lease Christmas parties, Ourimbah University corporate functions, commercial and private performances for council both Gosford and Wyong Councils and Australia Day events. They are regulars at The Sail Stage and Memorial stages The Entrance, Davistown RSL, Canton Beach Sports Club, The Grange, Wyong RSL, The Diggers, Chittaway Tavern, Wallarah Bay Recreation Club, Paws and Claws for a Cause, Mardi Gras and various pubs. Mirrabooka were a regular favourite weekly band at Jacks Bar Erina for three years. Mirrabooka also perform at private parties at clubs and halls. Over the past three years Mirrabooka have performed on the Central Coast, Newcastle, Cairns, Sydney and even in Hawaii to rave reviews. The band has just been invited to headline the Darwin Ukulele Festival in June.
With two lovely ladies sharing the lead vocals and with great harmonies, accompanied by the boys’ solid rhythmic bass and solid drums and percussion adding to the harmonies, their sound is catchy and unique.

Combine all this talent, the songwriters, the musicians, two lead vocalists, beautiful vocal harmonies along with Guitar, Ukulele, Mandolin, Harp, Djembe, Drums, Bass and Slide Guitar, amazing flute solo’s, organic grooves, with a unique original sound of beautiful acoustic music and cool original tunes and catchy covers, rhythmic dance numbers and you have - “Mirrabooka”. |
