BIO - WILD HONEY |
Wild Honey:
Wild Honey, a new local duo with a lot of old style variety and talent perform music suited to mature music lovers of pop, country and soft rock specializing in the 50’s to the 70’s era, but we also do many other newer songs.
What makes us different? Well when most musicians of our age have retired, we've been saving ourselves for the best years. When a love of performing music has been bottled-up for a while, it eventually explodes, as it has with us.
Ed the guitarist plays great instrumentals and provides backing vocals. Starting 2 years ago, Wild Honey won a number of awards in the Country Music genre. The new look Wild Honey now has a male lead singer and accordingly has since re-designed their song selections for the pleasure of mature lovers of music.
Brian the lead Singer has a Bio as long as your arm. In the 70's and 80's, Brian was support artist to the likes of Col Joy and the Joyboys, Johnny Devlin, Lucky Star, Laurel Lee, Little Patty, Robby Gee, Wayne Cornel, Warren Williams, Roland Storm and many others. Brian regularly performed at the Surf Club dances at Avalon and Collaroy.
We would enjoy entertaining you.
Available for birthdays, weddings and special events we adapt our music to your needs. Our fee is very negotiable depending on the length of the performance and whether you are a not-for-profit organisation.
